The collision report is a standard output that lists all collisions matching your query sorted by date and time. The summary section at the top describes the selected time frame, total number of collisions, % of those collisions that were geocoded, and any filters that were added. An example output is shown below:

There are several interactive options to work with the collision report. Descriptions are as follows:

Search Table

Click in the search box at the top right above the table. This allows you to narrow the display to only collisions of interest by searching for an ID or other text. It does not affect the export results, however, as all the collisions will still be downloaded or exported. If you need to narrow the results, to specific collisions, you can use the Search by Case IDs functionality to generate a new results output.

Export Table

Clicking the download button next to the search box at the top right of the table will give several options to download as CSV, MS-Excel or PDF. Note if you choose the MS-Excel option you may be presented with display warnings in Excel. Simply click OK to accept them and display the results table.

Print Table

You can print the table by CTRL+P or using the Print button in the upper right of the menu.

Download Raw Data

The download raw data button is shown in the top left above the table. After clicking it you will be presented a popup window with all the table download options such as a Collision, party or victim file. This will present the complete raw data for your queried results, rather than just the fields displayed in the report. A codebook of the fields is provided in the help section here.

Increase Rows Displayed

Scroll to the bottom of the table to see the records per page option. Click the number to change to a different number of results.

You can also navigate to the next set of records by page number arrows on the bottom right.
