The OTS Reports tab provides the ability to generate summary crash counts based on formats that may be needed for California Office of Traffic Safety or other reporting requirements. These reports aggregate crash counts based on crash characteristics, injury levels and designated time frames that cannot all be easily queried using the query tools.
To begin using the tool, select from the available report formats, choose a time classification and then select the desired start and end dates as shown below:
Note the date of the most recent collision entered if you are attempting to aggregate records from the most current year available as it may not include a full year of records. Once you click submit the output tables will be generated. Example outputs are shown below. Each output can be exported to a PDF document, MS Excel file or copied and pasted into a document.
