A set of flagging rules may have been developed in conjunction with your agency. The rules are embedded into the software and identify collision records that are flagged and grouped under the “Flagged Collision” Tab. The total number of flagged collision are based on the date range provided by the user. The flags allow easy access and sorting for recurring errors within the collision database. The total number of flagged collision records are displayed next to the flag type. The collision records are displayed under each flag type. An example figure displaying the flagging rules output is presented below.
