The History tab shows a list of approved edits and is only accessible to a Manager or Superuser. The change log documents the collision record attributes (Case ID, date, time, etc.), the editor and manager ID’s, and the original and changed collision attributes. The change log is intended to give a brief overview, and the fields shown can be downloaded in csv, txt or MS-Excel format. An example change log is displayed below. A complete log of all fields edited are maintained in a separate database and can be made available upon request to the client.
